As a Modeling Supervisor I set guidelines, procedures and modelling workflows for the studio locally and globally. I work both directly and indirectly on projects to help them succeed.
I managed and provide mentorship to artists including performance reviews.
Along with Artist Management, I help crew projects with appropriate artists.
I am heavily involved with interviewing and hiring.

I managed a team of 70 people at one point.

I was an asset lead for this project. My responsibilities were:
Overseeing all asset builds at Method Vancouver for the Kamar-Taj temple and Lamborghini crash shots.
Overseeing the builds of many misc. assets such as digital doubles, props, and vehicles.
Working with the show’s production staff to schedule and assign tasks to artists.

I was an asset lead for this project. My responsibilities were:
Overseeing the creation of many building assets that would be destroyed in VFX shots. This show required all the buildings to be built in a very technical way in order for the FX department to do the destruction work. I made sure all the buildings were built to spec.
Overseeing the build of the hero helicopter seen in many shots. This would be a shared asset used by other studios.
Overseeing the build of many misc. assets such as digital doubles, vehicles, and props.

Building some of the block structures that made up the maze and overseeing the other maze assets.
Partially building the creatures rear legs and overseeing the builds of the mechanical parts.
Working with the animation team in order to develop the Griever creatures telescopic legs.
